Senior DevOps Engineer

Stillfront’s IT Hub is a multi-disciplinary department, paving the road for the rest of the group by providing technological solutions and engineering guidance. Now, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (all genders) with experience working with a heavily distributed and senior engineering group to join our IT Hub to support DevOps and engineering projects across the group. YOUR MISSION Lead the design and implementation of DevOps across IT Hub projectsLead by example best practices to team and game studios/franchisesContribute to player delight by reducing complexity and technical debtIdentify and action opportunities to reduce costCoordinate and collaborate with a talented network of engineers at each studio/franchiseBe inquisitive about current DevOps strategies and eager to evaluate alternativesUsing LLM/AI tooling to gain efficiency while improving quality YOUR BACKSTORY 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps with high interest in gamingComfortable being a first responder to infrastructure issuesBachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience with CI/CD pipelines and with common development tools and practices, including Python environmentsHands-on experience building infrastructure from the ground up with Infrastructure-as-a-Service tools like Terraform or PulumiExperience architecting and managing applications at scale using KubernetesExperience with Git, with bonus points for experience converting codebases from competing version control systems into GitWell-acquainted with AWS, but also experienced with GCP, Azure, and even on-premise infrastructurePassion for monitoring and logging with tools like Grafana and KibanaEye for security and data privacy both from a policy perspective and practical engineering toolingFluent English, both verbal and written WHY JOIN US?
