Role Overview As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and scale systems that process onchain data, generate risk signals, and power mission-critical protection for wallets, exchanges, and fintech platforms. Your Impact Design and build low-latency backend systems for real-time threat detectionDevelop services that analyze and simulate transaction behavior before executionWork with high-volume blockchain data and streaming pipelinesBuild and optimize data processing systems for reliability, throughput, and speedCollaborate with data and security teams to productionize detection logicContribute to system architecture, scalability, and infrastructure decisionsOwn systems end-to-end — from design to deployment and monitoring Requirements 5+ years of backend engineering experience building and scaling complex systemsStrong proficiency in Python, Go, or RustExperience with distributed systems and high-load environmentsDeep understanding of EVM internals, transaction lifecycle, and blockchain node architecture (RPC, mempool, execution layer)Experience with real-time or streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark, etc.)Strong understanding of data systems (SQL/NoSQL, data pipelines, storage)Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containers, and CI/CDStrong system design and problem-solving skills
