Web Developer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead the development of internet applications and software tools, partnering with product teams to define product vision. • Oversee end-to-end solution development, including architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications using cloud, CMS, and traditional integrations. • Drive the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs, and translating business strategy into actionable requirements. • Serve as a lead expert in the research and resolution of technical issues, recommending appropriate interventions for critical issues. • Ensure work processes and products meet IT security and development standards. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in software development or a related field. • Minimum six (6) years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC). • Minimum four (4) years in a technical leadership role. • Minimum six (6) years of experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications. • Minimum four (4) years of experience developing and utilizing cloud-based technologies. • Minimum four (4) years of experience working with web application frameworks.
