As a Lead Developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include: Participating in the analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.Developing and maintaining applications built on .NET and SQL Server technologies while ensuring performance, security, and long term sustainability.Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and business partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs.Contributing to technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance activities, and knowledge sharing across the team.Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting production applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who: Is recognized for their ability to solve complex problems pragmatically and for their expertise in Microsoft software development.Stands out through teamwork, collaboration, and a strong customer focus.Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, accountability, and commitment to quality.Is known for intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and an interest in innovation, including the integration of artificial intelligence into development practices.Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development within a Microsoft environment, including experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps or Git.Has excellent written and spoken French skills.
