The Software Developer I is responsible for all aspects of application development including business analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support. What You'll Do Executes support and maintenance procedures to help resolve issues quickly at the lowest cost while meeting customer expectationsOwns service escalations from customers, working with direct management and IT to addressPartners with business stakeholders to develop user training guides and business continuity proceduresPartners with business to create and execute onboarding process for new users helping them to rapidly become proficient in using technologyIdentifies and escalates improvement opportunities that increase system uptime, improve technology adoption, and drive customer satisfaction.
