Description

Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the security posture of Azure environments by identifying, assessing, and remediating security vulnerabilities.Provide cybersecurity expertise in the design, assessment, development, and implementation of secure cloud architectures.Implement and manage security controls for applications, databases, operating systems, networks, containers, and cloud infrastructure.Configure and enforce Azure security policies, identity management, and access controls following the principle of least privilege and defense-in-depth.Monitor security threats, manage incident response activities, and support security investigations and escalations.Automate security controls, compliance checks, and operational processes using Security-as-Code methodologies.Design and maintain secure network architectures, including Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Routing, Load Balancers, DNS, and ExpressRoute.Ensure data protection through encryption, key management, and secure storage practices.Utilize Azure-native monitoring and security tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel.Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and DevOps teams to implement secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
