Must-Have Skills (Short & Precise) 8+ years of software engineering, application development, or DevOps experience.5+ years of hands-on Python development with working knowledge of Java.3+ years of Linux/Windows system support, shell scripting, and automation.Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.Knowledge of networking fundamentals and load balancing.Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, Grok).DevOps, Git, CI/CD, SDLC, and release management.Tomcat and Apache web server administration.Authentication/security protocols (OAuth/OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, mTLS).Kubernetes/Podman and containerization.Maven or Gradle build tools.Ansible or similar automation tools.Message queues/event-driven architectures.Agile/Scrum experience with Jira.
