Mobile to lead quality engineering initiatives for mobile applications. This role will be responsible for defining and driving the mobile testing strategy, ensuring high-quality releases across iOS and Android platforms, and leading a team of QA engineers in an Agile delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Quality Engineering Leadership Define and implement the mobile testing strategy aligned with project goals and business objectivesLead end-to-end quality assurance activities for mobile applications (iOS & Android)Establish best practices for test planning, execution, automation, and reportingEnsure quality gates are met before production releasesMobile Testing & Automation Drive automation strategy for mobile apps using tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar frameworksEnsure adequate test coverage (functional, regression, integration, UI/UX)Oversee manual and automated testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverablesHandle device compatibility and cross-platform testingTeam Management Lead and mentor a team of QE engineers across multiple locationsDrive resource planning, task allocation, and performance managementCollaborate with offshore/onshore teams to ensure seamless deliveryStakeholder & Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Program ManagersProvide regular status updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics to stakeholdersParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)Defect & Release Management Ensure effective defect tracking, triaging, and resolutionDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measuresSupport CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test executionEnsure smooth release validation and production deployment supportRequired Skills & Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software TestingStrong experience in mobile application testing (iOS & Android)Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as:Appium, SeleniumXCTest / Espresso (preferred)Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.)Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, ALM)Preferred Skills Experience in retail domainExposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)Understanding of security and usability testing for mobile appsKey Competencies Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilityEffective communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments Note: No Visa Sponsorship Interested candidate please share your resume ASAP.
