Tricks of the tradeLaunch SEO strategies: Create and execute SEO strategies tailored to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.SEO research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure content is optimized for search intent and relevance.Technical SEO optimization: Analyze and enhance the technical aspects of our website, including site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and page speed.Close collaboration: Work closely with web developers and UX/UI designers to implement technical SEO changes and ensure website best practices are followed.Content optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize & implement content for search engines while maintaining brand tone and user engagement.Performance monitoring: Utilize SEO tools to monitor performance, track keyword rankings, analyze backlinks, and identify improvement areas.Reporting: Provide regular reports on organic search performance and recommend strategies for improvement.Your superpowersMSc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or similar1-2 years of experience as SEO Specialist in an international environmentDeep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl management, structured data, and mobile-first indexingHands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Screaming FrogAbility to make and implement technical changes directly on websites (experience with Content Management Systems)Fluent in Dutch and English, fluency in French or German is a big plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and apply them to SEO strategiesExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creatorsSelf-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving website performance and user experience Picnic Perks🥗Fresh Lunch, coffee, and snacksOur offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
