🎯 Your Leadership Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll be a technical leader who excels in backend development while demonstrating expert proficiency in modern JavaScript and frontend technologies.
You'll drive technical decisions across the entire stack, mentor team members, and establish best practices.
What You'll Do
Architect and implement complex, scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.jsDesign and develop sophisticated, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Lead the implementation of component-based frontend architectures with emphasis on performance, reusability, and maintainabilityArchitect and optimize database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL) for high-performance, scalable applicationsDesign and implement comprehensive security strategies including authentication, authorization, and data protectionLead technical discussions and collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teamsEstablish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the development teamMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional full stack web development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead roleBackend: Expert proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and microservices architectureFrontend: Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and deep understanding of web performance optimizationDatabases: Advanced knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization, indexing strategies, and database design patternsProven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas at scaleStrong experience with version control (Git), advanced CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as codeDemonstrated experience in system design and architecture for high-traffic applicationsProven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
