Back to jobs Colombia IT, Engineering & Software Development Semi-senior (3-5 years) Description A well-known digital consulting company is looking for a Power BI Developer capable of designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports end to end. The role will work closely with business, data, and analytics teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Power BI, a good understanding of automation workflows, and familiarity with cloud data platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery. Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports end to endBuild and maintain data models and calculations using DAXConnect Power BI to multiple data sources including cloud platforms and databasesEnsure data accuracy, performance, and reliability of dashboardsAutomate workflows and reporting processes where relevantCollaborate with business teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirementsMaintain documentation and follow BI development best practices Power BI Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI ServiceAdvanced knowledge of DAXExperience with Power Query (M language)Data modeling (relationships, star schema, performance optimization) Data & Integration Strong SQL skillsExperience connecting Power BI to various data sourcesExperience with Power Automate to support workflow automation Cloud & Data Platforms Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience with BigQuery is a strong plusAbility to work with cloud data warehouses Experience & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data VisualizationProven experience delivering Power BI dashboards and reports end to endExperience working with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytics solutionsExperience with data pipelines or ETL processesExperience working in enterprise BI environmentsUnderstanding of data governance and securityAdvanced English proficiency (required) Profile & Key Competencies Ability to own the full lifecycle of dashboard creationComfortable working in a growing BI team environmentStrong technical and communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders ‍ Apply Now
