Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms using GitHub Enterprise.
Proven experience building scalable DevOps frameworks, automating cloud infrastructure, and driving DevSecOps best practices across large organizations.
Your main responsibilities
Support to design and manage enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
AI Capabilities enablement across CI/CD ( Github Copilot, Agentic AI, etc.
) Implement repository governance, branching strategies, and reusable workflow templates.
Configure and manage self-hosted and cloud-hosted GitHub Actions runners.
Integrate GitHub Enterprise with different infrastructure and services for seamless build, test, and deployment automation in an test driven environment.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates.
Automate provisioning of Infrastructure resources across multiple environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
Implement containerized deployments on Azure Redhat Openshift Enforce DevSecOps practices including:
GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, secret scanning, Dependabot)
Vault integration
Policy-as-Code and compliance automation
Monitor and optimize workloads using Monitor, Log Analytics/Splunk and Dynatrace Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize deployment patterns and im-prove release velocity.
Implement and enforce UNIQA Standards and Guidelines across CI/CD

Salary from 2.000€ per month - guaranteed 13th and 14th salary.
The base salary starts at €2000,00 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year.
