Description

Position: ServiceNow Developer Job Type: Permanent Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO) Location: Alabang, Philippine Shift Time: Shifting Non Negotiables: 1. Has worked full time as a ServiceNow engineer/developer for at least 2 years (really full time, not partially). 2. Has understanding and practical experience in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, flow designer. 3. Worked with developing ITIL processes in ServiceNow. (The person was involved in designing, building, or configuring ITIL-based workflows or modules within the ServiceNow platform.) - Built custom workflows for incidents, changes, or requests - Configured forms, SLAs, approval flows, and task assignments - Automated ticket handling using business rules, flows, or scripts
