At Kaibridge, you'll work alongside experienced founders and engineers to build an Insurance platform that reimagines how the industry operates.
You'll own real outcomes, working directly with the people defining & using the product, as well as shaping the engineering practices that support it.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer in Sydney or Melbourne who can turn intent into shipped software and take ownership across the stack.
In this role, you will work across product, platform and infrastructure to build and harden the systems behind the Kaibridge platform.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be writing code, working through technical and domain ambiguity, building reusable tooling and helping ensure that what ships is tested, observable and safely reversible.
You will also work with agentic coding tools as part of the engineering environment; using them productively while applying the judgement needed to verify and improve what they produce.

What you bring
At least three years’ experience building and shipping full-stack production softwareStrong capability in Python and TypeScript or JavaScriptExperience working across backend, frontend and production deliveryA production ownership mindset across testing, observability, CI and rollbackStrong experience with agentic coding toolsClear communication and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical peopleA collaborative style, strong ownership and a willingness to ask questions earlyExperience with regulated industries, workflow platforms, distributed systems, Azure, Temporal, Kafka, graph data or LLM applications would be useful, but is not essential.
