A senior QA professional is needed for a long-term contract supporting complex software systems. You will define and maintain comprehensive test strategies, execute functional, regression, integration, and user-acceptance testing, and validate web, mobile, API, and backend applications. The role requires extensive software QA experience, Agile Scrum expertise, strong API and database testing skills, and familiarity with regulated financial or payment-related environments.

Description

Senior QA Engineer As a supplier to one of our biggest organisations, I am seeking for a Senior QA Engineer for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands. Responsibilities: Define, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies to ensure maximum test coverage across software applications.Design, execute, and manage end-to-end functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Perform testing across web applications, mobile applications, REST APIs, and backend systems.Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Analysis.At least 2 years' experience working within Agile Scrum teams.Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Knowledge within banking sector (or with credit cards or payment processes)Functional, Regression and System Integration TestingREST API testing (Postman preferred)SQL database testing (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)Azure DevOps or similar test management toolsWeb, Mobile and API testingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A T-shaped skillset, combining deep QA expertise with broad technical knowledge across software delivery.Please apply with an updated CV, if interested or looking for a new opportunity as soon as possible.
