AI/ML Engineer Build the AI Systems Shaping the Future We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade LLM and RAG-powered systems that real users depend on. What You'll Do Design and deploy LLM-based applications (RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning) into productionBuild scalable ML infrastructure alongside our MLOps teamCollaborate directly with product and engineering to turn AI prototypes into real featuresOwn model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvementWork with modern tooling: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, vector databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) What We're Looking For 2+ years’ experience in ML engineering, applied AI, or related software engineering rolesHands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, or generative AI systemsStrong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworksComfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environmentEnglish fluency required, Dutch not necessary Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) Type: Full-Time
