Hardware-in-the-Loop Test Software Engineer A well-established business known for developing sophisticated communication and radio systems is looking for a technical specialist to join their integration team in Berlin. The successful candidate will focus on the development and automation of modern test environments for safety-critical systems, supporting the entire process from hardware-in-the-loop setups to complex error analysis. What you'll be doing • Develop and operate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test environments for software integration. • Advance test frameworks for the automation of testing procedures and workflows. • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline development cycles. • Integrate hardware and software components into complete radio communication units. • Conduct root-cause analysis and document test results using specialized measurement tools. What we're looking for • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. • Experience in hardware-oriented software development and testing complex systems. • Proficiency in C/C++, CMake, and Linux environments for embedded applications. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, and network protocols. • Fluency in German and English with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
