You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems for blockchain trading bots, working with MongoDB, Redis, smart contracts, and Web3 integration to build systems that connect to a range of blockchain platforms. 03Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems for blockchain trading botsUtilize MongoDB and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval within trading algorithms and strategiesImplement smart contracts and Web3 integration for blockchain interactions and transactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement systems that integrate with a range of blockchain platformsOptimize existing trading algorithms and strategies for improved performance 04Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in backend developmentExpertise in Docker, MongoDB, Redis, Solidity, Web3, Node.js, and TypeScriptStrong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and various blockchain protocolsExperience in developing and deploying trading bots or financial systems within the blockchain or cryptocurrency spaceKnowledge of database management, data structures, and algorithmsFamiliarity with security protocols and practices in the context of blockchain and financial systems 05What We Offer A chance to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and public innovationDirect collaboration with the founder and exposure to Canada's fintech and regulatory environmentCompetitive salary with growth potential as the company scalesComprehensive health benefitsFuture equity opportunity in the form of stock options or equivalentHybrid work flexibility and opportunities for travel to conferences and industry events
