Summary

Join an enterprise Identity and Access Management team as an experienced One Identity Manager Engineer. You will monitor synchronization and workflows, troubleshoot identity lifecycle and access issues, provide Level 2 support, handle complex incidents, support upgrades and configuration changes, and contribute to audits and compliance reporting. Strong hands-on IAM experience and deep platform expertise are required.

Next Ventures is partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced One Identity Manager Developer and Support Engineer in Warsaw, Poland. You will join the Identity and Access Management team, supporting and maintaining the One Identity Manager platform. Your responsibilities will include: Monitor and manage synchronisation projects, job queues and workflow executions within One Identity ManagerTroubleshoot user lifecycle, RBAC and entitlement-provisioning issuesProvide Level 2 support, including incident resolution, service requests and root-cause analysisAct as the technical escalation point for complex One Identity Manager incidentsWork with security, infrastructure and application-support teamsSupport platform patching, upgrades and configuration changesMaintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge-base articlesSupport audits, access reviews and compliance reporting Essential Experience 5+ years of relevant IAM experienceStrong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager, preferably version 8.xGood understanding of IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties, access governance and complianceExperience integrating with Active Directory and LDAPStrong SQL Server and PowerShell scripting skillsExperience supporting user lifecycle and entitlement-provisioning processesFamiliarity with ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change managementStrong communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills Desirable Experience Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk or similar monitoring and logging toolsKnowledge of DevOps practicesExposure to cloud-based IAM solutions across Azure or AWSExperience working within financial services or another regulated environment Contract Details Location: Warsaw, PolandWorking model: HybridEngagement: Subcontractor contract onlyStart date: ImmediateExperience required: 5โ€“10 yearsResidency requirement: Candidates must live in Poland or relocate at their own expense
