Senior DevOps Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Partner with engineering teams to identify gaps in DevOps maturity and drive targeted improvements. Diagnose and troubleshoot cross-functional production service issues. Define and champion standards, patterns, and best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure, cloud, and containerization. Guide teams to implement solutions themselves rather not creating dependency on the DevOps function. Collaborate with peers to ensure consistent tooling, shared practices, and coordinated delivery across teams. Identify systemic friction points and drive cross-team alignment to resolve them. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience in a related field; or a master's degree and 2 years' experience; or 8 years' experience with no degree. Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority. Deep experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GHE) and a solid understanding of cloud-native patterns. Proficiency with container orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
