Description
Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
Required Skills
Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Support with an automation mindset.Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM and Splunk.Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present dashboards and operational metrics to senior leadership.
