Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable and reliable cloud platforms that enable client’s digital services, ensuring systems are secure, stable, and continuously deployable.
You take ownership of the platform's infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, work hands-on across AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, observability, and AI-assisted engineering, and both lead and contribute within projects.
You collaborate closely with a global, cross-functional agile team of Product Owners, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and fellow DevOps Engineers.

Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure & Reliability
Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, with a focus on availability, scalability, and reliability.Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning.Monitor systems and continuously improve performance, stability, and cost efficiency.CI/CD & Automation
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to support frequent and reliable releases.Enable development teams through automation, documentation, and self-service capabilities.Set up pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring for product teams, and coordinate and perform releases.Operations & Support
Support incident handling, root cause analysis, and continuous system improvements.Provide 2nd/3rd level support for the solutions and coordinate evergreen (keep-current) activities with product development teams.Security & Standards
Apply security, access management, and operational standards.Deliver features and operational improvements in line with Hilti's Enterprise Architecture and Security principles.Technical Change & Innovation
Continuously explore new technologies and solutions and drive technical changes on the platform.Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve automation, operations, and day-to-day engineering efficiency.Stay up to date on technology trends, with a focus on observability, software architecture & security, and cloud computing.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar role, with a track record of both leading and contributing within projects.Strong knowledge of AWS or comparable cloud platforms.Hands-on experience with containers, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog.Good understanding of microservices, networking, and system performance.Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.Exposure to AI in a DevOps or engineering context – for example, AI-assisted tooling, automation, or operations.
You don't need to be an expert, but you should have hands-on familiarity and a willingness to grow in this area.Ability to collaborate effectively in agile product teams and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
