About the role We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Technology team in Sydney. Technology sits at the heart of everything we build at Stake. Our engineers are responsible for creating the products, services and infrastructure that power the investing experience for hundreds of thousands of customers. From trading and portfolio management to account operations and new product launches, engineering plays a critical role in shaping how customers interact with Stake every day. As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the design, development and operation of systems that are reliable, scalable and built for long-term growth. You'll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teammates to solve meaningful customer problems, deliver high-quality software and continuously improve the systems that underpin our platform. This is a role with significant ownership and opportunity for growth. You'll help shape technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions and take responsibility for the systems you build from development through to production. We work hybrid spending 3 days in our beautiful, dog-friendly Sydney office. Qualifications in Software Engineering or a related degree is required.
