Description

Senior ServiceNow Engineer Consulting assignment focused on modernizing internal service delivery and digital workplace channels in an enterprise environment. Core Responsibilities Architect and implement front-end portal solutions using Employee Center frameworks.Structure end-to-end service requests and build automated logic in Flow Designer.Refine ticket submission flows to improve performance and user adoption.Set up intelligent self-service tools, including automated search and conversational features.Requirements 5+ years of hands-on platform engineering on ServiceNow in large-scale environments.Demonstrated expertise in portal architecture and Service Catalog implementations.Proficiency in core platform scripting (JavaScript) and custom workflow development.Background in optimizing user interface performance and request efficiency.Desirable Skills Exposure to AI Search optimization and Virtual Agent configurations.Familiarity with UI Builder / Next Experience framework.Formal certifications such as CSA or CAD.Details Role Type: Consulting assignmentLocation: Helsinki (Hybrid) Please note: We are warmly welcoming both employed consultants and independent freelancers for this role.
