Nolan Consultants Limited is looking for a forward-thinking AI & Automation Developer to help drive efficiency across our organization. In this role, your primary mission is to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline our daily workflows. Key Responsibilities Workflow Automation: Evaluate existing manual processes, design, develop and implement enterprise-grade AI-centric solutions to drive operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.System Integration: Connect disparate business tools and software using APIs and AI workflows to ensure seamless data flow. Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic or Google Vertex APIs.Data Optimization: Revamp and maintain existing data structures, ensuring high efficiency in data handling.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams to understand their operational pain points and provide technical assistance or documentation on newly automated processes. Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and internal training materials.
