Key Responsibilities Technical Excellence: Define the software architecture direction and ensure the team produces clean, scalable, and well-documented code.Team Mentorship: Conduct daily code reviews and help developers overcome technical challenges.Bridge to Business: Translate product requirements from the CEO/Product Manager into clear technical tasks for the team.System Stability: Manage infrastructure (Cloud/Docker) and ensure company data security.
