The focus is on pragmatic software engineering: clean design, operational reliability, sensible abstraction, and steady execution. What You'll Own Design and implement backend services and platform utilities. Improve observability, maintainability, and runtime reliability. Collaborate with AI and product teams on shared architecture decisions. Contribute to code review, testing, and technical planning. What We're Looking For Strong software engineering fundamentals and production coding experience. Experience with APIs, databases, and service integration work. Ability to debug across layers and reason about operational risk. A practical mindset and strong written communication. BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent backend/platform engineering experience.
