Your Mission
You will collaborate on the design, development, deployment and maintenance of our web application, utilising modern technologies while adhering to industry best practicesYou will work autonomously and contribute to architectural decisions alongside your teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions for the climate sectorImprove development workflow and contribute to building an efficient, high-performance engineering cultureLeverage AI coding tools as a core part of your development workflow to ship faster and maintain high code quality
Your Talent
You have at least 5+ years of software development experienceStrong expertise in React, Python, FastAPI, React, Redux Toolkit, and TanStack RouterComfort using AI coding tools to accelerate developmentExperience building AI-powered featuresExperience in developing complex forms using react-hook-form and zod while ensuring a responsive and frictionless user journeyProficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI development practicesYou can evaluate what’s hype versus what’s real business valueYou have a good understanding of Docker, AWS and cloud native architectureYou have experience debugging and resolving production issuesYou have led large complex projects from beginning to endYou have excellent communication skills in English, and experience with distributed teams is a plus
