Who We're Looking For
Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisationConfidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative settingFull-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back endExperience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working
