About the Ro
leWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design & Product Developer to join our fast-paced NYC team.
You’ll be the bridge between design, vendors, and production—keeping our product pipeline on track from concept through final hand-off.

ute• Coordinate with Design and Production to manage comments and approvals from development through final producti
on.• Communicate daily with factories, vendors, and suppliers to track progress and resolve issu
es.• Oversee sample tracking and submissions, including fabric and trim approvals, proto samples, salesman samples, PP samples, and TOP sampl
es.• Maintain detailed and organized records of approvals, comments, and status updates, both electronic and physic
al.• Support revisions, adds, and drops to ensure timely execution and clean hand-offs to Producti
on.• Assist in maintaining PLM systems and Excel tracking repor
ts.
What You Bring to the
Team• 3–5 years of experience in product development, apparel production, or licensed apparel busin
ess.• Working knowledge of PLM systems and strong Excel skills.
Illustrator skills a
must• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environm
ent.• Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication ski
lls.• A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environm
