About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance microservices-based applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures.
Experience in the Investment Banking domain, preferably Risk Management, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and related frameworks.Build scalable, resilient, and modular microservices-based solutions.Develop robust backend services using Spring Framework and Spring MVC.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Ensure applications are highly performant, reliable, and responsive.Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement through coding best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.Implement secure, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions following industry standards.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices using Spring frameworks.Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.Perform application performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance platform capabilities and development efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices.Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an Agile development environment.
