We're seeking a Product Development Manager, Apparel, Accessories & Trim to support the execution of Bandit's global production strategy across the accessories and trim categories. Reporting to the Senior Raw Materials Manager, this role owns the full-cycle development and production process, from sourcing execution through delivery, while partnering closely with Design, Raw Materials, Pre-Production, and Production. Requirements Apparel & Trim Product Development Execute seasonal trim sourcing and development across all categories (labels, hangtags, tapings)Manage seasonal trim testing, partnering with suppliers to flag and resolve issues earlySupport the Senior Raw Materials Manager on sample yardage inventory, fabric testing, counter-sourcing, and fabric library recordsMaintain accurate seasonal material information in product management systemsManage seasonal lab-dip requests end to end, from design handoff through production approvalOwn and maintain Product Development tracking tools across the full development cycleCommunicate daily with domestic and global vendors to keep timelines on trackSupport costing reviews, including reverse engineering strategies, as directed by department goalsFlag and help resolve production issues specific to trim and fabric to protect quality and delivery timingCollaborate with Design, Tech, and cross-functional partners to execute product strategyManage tasks against the seasonal calendar and flag needed changes proactivelyParticipate in and present at seasonal development and production milestone meetings What We're Looking For 5+ years in accessories and/or apparel sourcing, development, or productionStrong organizational and communication skillsSharp critical thinking and problem-solving instinctsComfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExisting relationships with mills, factories, and suppliersA process-first mindset, with the flexibility to adapt as the supply chain evolves Benefits This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn headquartersCompetitive base salary + equityComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits and flexible PTORocket-ship level momentum with a career-defining opportunity at-hand At Bandit, we're building an incredible culture rooted in our three core values—Trust, Empathy, & Excellence.
