React Software Engineer

Role: React Software Engineer Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up To £140,000 P/A + Comps Join a high-performing fintech engineering team building modern software that powers data-intensive platforms used across a fast-paced business. You'll work on scalable React applications, collaborate with experienced engineers, and help deliver high-quality products in an environment that values clean code, ownership, and continuous improvement. What you'll do Build and enhance modern React applications that support business-critical workflows.Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-performance software.Take ownership of features from design through to deployment and ongoing improvement.Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and technical innovation. What we're looking for Commercial experience building applications with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production-quality solutions.Experience working with APIs and data-driven applications in a collaborative Agile environment.A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
