Under general supervision, the Full Stack Developer is responsible for the design, documentation, development, and implementation of data privacy related software and web sites ensuring they are user-friendly, reliable, and scalable. Will work both in an independent and team environment. You will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development and your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology-driven solutions. $70,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr. Full-time or contract available at our Paoli, PA location Responsibilities and Duties Full-cycle Web Development: Maintain optimal performance and seamless user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications.Front-End Development: Ensure a responsive design that works across various devices and browsers while implementing intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.Back-End Development: Build robust server-side logic and APIs using modern programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java, and integrate them with databases and other third-party services.Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize database schemas to store and retrieve data efficiently while ensuring data security and integrity.Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain code quality.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable, reusable code.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring optimal application speed and scalability.Testing and Debugging: Write and execute unit tests and conduct debugging to identify and fix errors, ensuring the overall reliability of the application.Deployment and DevOps: Participate in the deployment process, collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth application release and monitoring.Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development and share knowledge within the team.Additional skills: C#, .NET/.NET Core, Razor Pages, REST API, and Microsoft Entity Frameworks.Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web application development projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and find innovative solutions.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in back-end technologies like Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Java, along with experience in working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.Meticulous attention to detail in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
