Must actively use GenAI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar to improve coding, testing, refactoring and documentation. Design, build and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, reusable backend components and responsive UI features.Use GenAI tools responsibly to accelerate software delivery while validating generated outputs.Write clean, maintainable, secure and testable code with unit and integration test coverage.Participate in design discussions, sprint ceremonies, code reviews, releases and production issue analysis.Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps and client stakeholders; communicate status, risks and dependencies clearly.Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.The role requires strong ownership, clean engineering practices and excellent communication.
