Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Analytics Developer to strengthen FORM's analytics data foundation and business intelligence capabilities.
Working primarily in SQL, dbt, Amazon Redshift and Tableau, you will transform raw product, subscription, ecommerce and financial data into trusted, reusable models and translate those models into clear, decision-ready dashboards and visualizations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can contribute quickly, take ownership of production work and leave well-tested, documented systems and intuitive reporting behind.
Primary Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable SQL and dbt models in Amazon RedshiftTransform raw product, subscription, ecommerce, marketing and financial data into clean, reusable analytics datasetsDefine and maintain consistent business metrics, including revenue, MRR, churn, retention, trial conversion, customer lifetime value and sales performanceImplement automated data-quality tests, documentation and lineage so stakeholders can trust and understand the dataMonitor scheduled analytics workflows, investigate failures and improve pipeline reliabilityDevelop and maintain Tableau data sources and dashboards using curated warehouse modelsBuild Python-based data integrations and automation where SQL and dbt are not the right toolsImprove Git-based development, code review, deployment and CI/CD practices for analyticsPartner with Analytics, Data Engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into durable data products
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in analytics development, data engineering or a highly technical analytics roleAdvanced SQL skills and strong knowledge of dimensional data modellingHands-on experience building, testing and documenting production data models with dbtExperience working with a cloud data warehouse; Amazon Redshift and AWS experience are preferredExperience using Git, code review and software development practices in an analytics environmentWorking proficiency in Python for data pipelines, integrations or automationExperience with Tableau or another modern business intelligence platformAbility to troubleshoot data issues across source systems, transformation pipelines and downstream reportingStrong communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear, maintainable data solutions

Experience with Dagster, Airflow or another workflow orchestration platformExperience with Fivetran or other managed data ingestion toolsExperience with subscription, ecommerce, product telemetry or financial dataExperience working in a fast-paced startup or consumer technology environment

This role has an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000.
Most new hires do not start at the top of the range.
Compensation is determined based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with the role.
Candidates who are newer to this level of responsibility but demonstrate strong potential may receive an offer toward the lower end of the range.
Offers at the higher end are typically reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant experience and a proven track record of success in comparable roles and environments.
