Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full stack Engineer Vienna I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing AI startup based in Vienna that is building an advanced AI product They are offering a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and have real influence from day one. This is a hands-on, product-focused role where you’ll work directly on the core platform, help shape technical decisions early, and contribute to defining how software is built and shipped as the company scales. This is not a typical corporate environment ownership, impact, and autonomy are central to the role. Responsibilities Build and maintain a production-grade full-stack TypeScript codebaseDevelop frontend features and backend APIs end-to-endDesign and evolve application architecture as requirements and scale growCollaborate closely with product and AI teamsTake ownership of features from initial concept through to production Requirements Strong experience with TypeScriptDaily hands-on use of modern AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)Solid production experience with ReactExperience working with tRPCFamiliarity with Tailwind CSSComfortable using TanStack / React QueryExperience with modern TypeScript ORMs such as Drizzle or PrismaExperience with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or React RouterFluent in English and good German skills Nice to Have Experience working with ai-sdkExposure to real-time technologiesWorked on AI products before Big Plus Experience building voice agentsBased in or willing to relocate to Vienna, AustriaNative development experienceStrong design-engineering skills, including UI/UX judgment and design systems experience We look forward to speaking with you.
