Backend Software Engineer

About FTS FTS (Financial Transparency Solutions) develops innovative software solutions that help financial supervisors, central banks, Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs), and other government authorities combat money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime. Our flagship platform, Strix, enables authorities around the world to perform sophisticated AML/CFT risk assessments, collect regulatory data, analyse risks, and support evidence-based supervision. The Role We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with approximately 3–6 years of professional experience to strengthen our software development team. You will participate in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of secure and scalable backend services powering our Strix platform. You will work closely with frontend developers, product management, QA, and DevOps to deliver enterprise software used by financial authorities across multiple jurisdictions. FTS is willing to overpay according previous experience level.
