Software Developer

We build the platform that runs over 90% of indoor golf venues in Norway, and we're expanding into the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. We're looking for a developer to help us build the next version of it. The job is changing, and we'd rather be upfront about it. AI writes a lot of code now. That doesn't make developers less important, it moves where the value sits. More of the work is deciding what to build, shaping how it fits together, directing what the tools produce, and owning whether the result is actually good. We want someone who finds that exciting rather than unsettling.
