We're Hiring: Site Reliability / DevOps Engineers – Prague Office
Join the Prague branch of a leading international company as we expand our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps teams.
We're seeking professionals at various levels—from medior to senior and team lead positions—to enhance our infrastructure, automation, and reliability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and Ansible.Monitor system performance and reliability, utilizing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and configuration management.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services an advantageExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with release engineering and automation tools.Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools like ServiceNow.Background in software development with languages such as Java, Python or C++ advantageUnderstanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and their management.Knowledge of middleware technologies and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
