We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead technically complex platform, access, licensing, delivery, or customer experience initiatives.
This role bridges product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring that technical systems support scalable, customer-focused outcomes across the business.

What You'll Do
Define product direction for technical platforms, services, or internal/customer-facing systems.Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear roadmaps and priorities.Build consensus across engineering, product, design, customer support, marketing, and business stakeholders.Identify dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions across teams.Use metrics, customer feedback, and operational insight to improve platform performance and customer experience.Support integration of capabilities across the business.Create decision frameworks that help teams move quickly while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
What You Bring
Technical product management experience with platforms, services, commerce, access/licensing, developer tooling, web systems, or complex software products.Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders.Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity.Experience prioritizing roadmap work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.Customer-first mindset with practical commercial judgment.Ability to drive clarity, alignment, and execution without unnecessary process overhead.
