Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
Level 6 education ; ICT-relevant degree is mandatory ; English language proficiency at CEFR B2 level ; Minimum 4 years of IT-related professional experience ; Minimum 2 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar position ; At least one certification from the following: Intermediate-level software development certification relevant to the domain, or An equivalent internationally recognized certification accepted by the Contracting Authority.
Has completed at least one full solution lifecycle ; Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems within the specified technology domain ; Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications using UML ; Proficient in designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer ; Experience working in Scrum development environments ; Capable of leading technical teams ; Ability to effectively document technical solutions ; Strong problem-solving skills ; At least 2 years of experience with mission-critical, complex enterprise systems, including asset management and/or human resources management, as well as financial management systems.
Duties/role:
Designing and developing the system ; Leading development teams ; Translating requirements into design ; Optimizing software from performance, security, and quality points of view ; Producing technical documentation ; Estimating effort and time for development ; Setting software development standards ; Proposing technical solutions for business needs and technical problems ; Collecting and interpreting software metrics ; Managing configuration and releases ; Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment ; Testing solutions and developing testing tools ; Documenting developments ; Prototyping solutions ; Acting as 2nd and 3rd line support .
