Full Stack Python Developer - Fintech

Full Stack Python Developer | Fintech | Full Time | 4 Days on-site We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Global Financial Markets development team with strong experience managing the complete development lifecycle of software applications to support traders and salespeople in their daily business activities. With your analytical and problem-solving skills, you will join a dynamic team and be responsible for managing each stage of development from gathering business requirements to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities Manage the entire development process, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, implementing features, and conducting thorough testingMaintain and enhance existing applications while ensuring high standards of code quality and performanceWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to deliver solutions that meet business needsUtilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performanceOversee the deployment process and ensure ongoing maintenance and support for applicationsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Requirements Over 4 years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio showcasing developed and completed projectsProficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and experience with frameworks such as AngularProficiency in back-end technologies with solid experience in PythonExperience with AI-Powered Solutions, GitHub Actions, Co-Pilot, LLM FrameworksExperience with relational databases; PostgreSQL is considered an assetFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with cloud technologies, including AWS, Docker, and KubernetesExceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesStrong work ethic, dedication, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving attitudeExperience or knowledge in finance or financial markets is an asset Languages: French Speaking (Highly Desired) If you or someone you know is interested in this position, apply below or reach out to matthew.dobreecarey@caspianone.co.uk
