Yachtbuilding Engineer 📍 Sliedrecht, The Netherlands Are you an engineer with a passion for yachtbuilding? Do you want to work on some of the most exclusive motor and sailing yachts in the world, ranging from 20 to 130+ meters? Join a small, informal, and highly specialized engineering team working closely with leading yacht yards on newbuilds, refits, and conversions. What you will work on You will contribute to high-end yachtbuilding projects in a collaborative and open working environment, with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Projects span the full engineering lifecycle and involve close cooperation with shipyards and suppliers. What you will do Perform 3D and 2D engineering for yachtbuilding projects (basic and detailed engineering)Work with Rhinoceros (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)Collaborate with shipyards and suppliersProvide technical support to design and production teamsContribute to innovation and continuous improvement of engineering processes Our expertise The team specializes in Basic Engineering and complementary advanced services, including: Mechanical engineering and system integration3D pipe and cable routing, including production and installation drawingsSystem diagrams (creation, updates, and reviews)Interior box drawings and 3D interior construction modelsStructural drawings and calculationsAdvanced engineering based on accurate 3D measurements What we offer 38 vacation daysA small, close-knit team with a friendly and open atmosphereWork on yachts from 20 to 100+ metersHigh level of freedom, responsibility, and variety in your workModern open-plan office with ergonomic furniture, large monitors, and good coffee About the organization You will join a multidisciplinary engineering firm with a strong focus on luxury yachtbuilding.
