Back End Developer

Required Skills 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development5+ years of experience with Apache Kafka and RedisStrong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIsHands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS)Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and Asynchronous MessagingExperience building high-performance, scalable backend applicationsKnowledge of legacy C++ code analysis using AI-assisted development toolsExperience integrating legacy applications with modern Java MicroservicesStrong knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, and Performance OptimizationExperience working in Linux/Unix environments Preferred Qualifications Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets experienceDocker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experienceOracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL database experienceFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
