Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary (Senior Full Stack Engineer Fidelity Investments, Jersey City, NJ) Design and develop enterprise-grade backend systems using Java/J2EE (Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful services). Build and maintain full-stack applications, integrating backend services with modern front-end frameworks. Architect and implement AI-augmented and Agentic AI systems. Develop and evaluate NLP and Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering and model orchestration. Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and engineering peers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Apply software engineering best practices including clean architecture, design patterns, unit testing, and code reviews. Lead or influence technical decisions in high-risk, high-uncertainty environments. Ensure compliance, governance, security, and quality standards are met in delivered solutions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production readiness of AI-enabled applications. Requires a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field and 12+ years of professional software development experience. Onsite interview required; local candidates preferred.
