We are growing our presence in Krakow, Poland and looking for a Software Engineer to join our team focused on shaping the future of Operations solutions at Autodesk. Reporting to a Senior Manager of Software Development, you would be enthusiastic about delivering solutions aimed at providing a cloud platform experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of software development for cloud applications Autodesk offers a hybrid work experience. Responsibilities Contribute to the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the applicationProduce clean, effective, secure, maintainable, and well-documented codeEmbrace an event-driven architecture mindset and apply it to software design and developmentCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelinesUtilize debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficientlyLeverage cloud technologies, including AWS services such as S3, OSS, and RDS, for scalable and reliable solutions Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field3+ years of industry experience building and delivering robust, performant, and maintainable commercial applicationsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principlesProficiency in technologies including C++, JavaScript, and SQLProficiency in frontend development such as React/HTML/CSSExperience building Progressive Web ApplicationsExperience with build and CI/CD tools such as JenkinsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum frameworkSolid understanding of event-driven architecture principlesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Masters in Computer ScienceExperience with database technologies e.g. MongoDB, MSSQLExperience in B2B SaaS and multi-tenant platform operationsDigital-twin / AEC domain experience #AC-1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Poland based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $209,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
