Role Description This full-time, on-site Back End Developer role is based in Peacehaven and involves building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side web applications and services. The Back End Developer will design and implement APIs, integrate databases, and ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Daily tasks include writing clean, testable code, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with front-end developers to support seamless user experiences, and participating in code reviews. The role also includes contributing to technical planning, improving development workflows, and staying current with industry best practices to support high-quality client solutions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.Candidates should possess solid experience in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Candidates should possess a good understanding of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with UI and UX teams.Candidates should possess experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) and relational/non-relational databases.Candidates should possess familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Candidates should possess a relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
