Sensors-based technology powers next-generation applications across navigation, automotive, robotics, XR/AR, IoT, smartwatches, and consumer electronics.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level hardware performance and high-level data visualisation by developing intuitive software tools, UI frameworks, and data processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain software tools, user interfaces, and frameworks using Model-View-Controller (MVC), event-driven, and component-based design patterns.Develop interactive UI dashboards for sensor data visualisation and integrate frontend components with low-level backend data processing layers.Write clean, maintainable code in Python and MATLAB (with exposure to C/C++) and implement unit and system testing using frameworks like Google Test.Balance engineering trade-offs across execution speed, performance, memory usage, power consumption, and computational complexity.Leverage familiarity with SOC architectures (CPUs, GPUs, NPUs) to assist in building hardware simulation models and developer tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.3+ years of professional software engineering or system tool development experience.Proficiency in Python and MATLAB, alongside modern C/C++ standards.Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns.Proven background building UI/UX tools, dashboards, or data visualisation interfaces.Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Google Test).
