Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement market-specific campaign strategies that drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth and increase platform orders. Create regional campaign frameworks and align them with local teams to ensure consistent and impactful execution.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI through dynamic budget allocation and vendor management. Conduct data-driven analyses to refine campaign structures and enhance vendor effectiveness.Vendor and Budget Management: Establish and maintain a vendor matrix that maximizes platform visibility, acquisitions, and order growth. Oversee the allocation and utilization of budgets across campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable growth.Annual Campaign Planning: Collaborate with local marketing teams to build and manage a regional annual campaign calendar, integrating market nuances and business goals.Commercial Impact: Contribute directly to commercial VFD growth targets by leveraging marketing tools and visibility channels to boost platform engagement and revenue.
